Rörstrand (Sweden)

A Swedish design classic - 'Bla Eld' (Blue Fire) coffee and teapot designed by Hertha Bengtsson in 1949 and manufactured by Rorstrand between 1950 and 1971.





Here is the white version of 'Bla Eld' - a teaplate.

Thought you may be interested in these examples of Rorstrand Gratina (the maroon) and Canaria (which I love and is the yellow)... They actually work quite well together I think!

here is an early Carl Harry Stalhane piece,I'm guessing it's pre 1950 but would appreciate some help dating it

here is the base,the markings seem the same as all of the chs pieces in my collection so they don't help much
