Jerome Massier - my favourite Vallauris. I think it just creeps into the 20th century. Probably designed by Clement Massier may have been reissued after his death around 1909. 31.5cm. If any of the French specialists can tell me more I would be grateful

I bought that pot earlier this year in a flea market unfortunately it has a chip missing Jaques I nnocenti died in 1958 so he was in vallauris when Picasso was there influencing a lot of potters THe massier family are hard to sort out clement massier is generally late 19 early 20 delphin also but some pieces were produced later as for jerome we find are large production from the 50s I think it must be the same factory incidently ther are massiers at work again in vallauris.fixits piece could be shape number 821 came in 18 32 and 43 cm hieghts
