Very Odd Looking Cup, PW mark - Peter Wright?

Has anyone come across ths type of potter before - very extravagant swirl handled cup was from the Fitzpatrick collection but no indication of potter's name...

Any help much appreciated..

For one minute I thought you meant the darts player > I must say the pattern looks like his haircut  

I'm not familiar with the potter but other works of his were at the same auction (the Latest Adam Partridges One) so it is a definite possibility - will check up on it...

For some reason he’s not in the Marks book despite his figural work being highly collectible. He died recently so there may be one off pieces trickling into the auction houses

The decoration looks a bit tribal so it might be from abroad
