Unknown Vase marked CHB

I bought this in a charity shop today and can't seem to find anything about the mark anywhere. It looks like CHB and on the other side of the base there are the numbers 77

Thank you. I realised earlier that I already have a casserole dish with the same mark on it and the numbers 78. I wonder if it is someone in Gloucestershire as I think my mother bought the casserole years ago.

Could very well be a local potter
