Wet Sunday mornings can often prompt extended lay-ins but occasionally it is worth the effort of dragging yourself to the local boot sale. This is one of my best ever finds, smug not even beginning to describe how I felt as I drove home having haggled it down to £1.50. A small amount of trepidation as it struck me that it might be a plant-pot holder from Sainsbury's, but I needn't have worried..........

Everything used to have JS stamped on it at Sainsbury's when I worked there 35 years ago.
