Doubt it's minton. Second word is probably Ironstone.

There's a B&B mark and the word looks like New Stone rather than Ironstone. By Spode or one of its contemporaries I think

Looks like Minton to me - as you say B.B New Stone which was an impressed mark for Minton on earthenware 1830-1860

BB, in the context of mid 19th century pottery, is usually an abbreviation of 'best body'.
