It looks quite recent, Matthew Foster is on the Leach Potters current list of potters, so maybe one of his?

I agree, it looks recent. Matthew Foster has a shopping page on the Leach Pottery website but I'm not sure its the same mark. Unfortunately, Leach Pottery doesn't keep a record of their apprentices and visitors marks :( So best to contact him directly.
