Can anyone identify the potter - its a charming piece albeit a bit dated (that's why i dont think it is by Peter Simpson although looks a similar mark)

Looks like a 70s style. A number of potters made similar pieces, such as Simon Rich, Peter Clough, Andrew Hague, Tim Andrews and Robert Tinnyunt but it's not their mark
