ID turquoise spot to base Empty ID turquoise spot to base

Hi, I'm assuming that this is early 20th century.  On the plates you can see 3 little marks as though they've been stacked on top of each other on something in the kiln.  There are some little gold marks on the base and a little turquoise spot on a few of the pieces. The handles are like tree branches.  Please do you have any idea of the maker? ID turquoise spot to base Image26

I can't help you on the turquoise spot but they look to be continental in their style and decoration. The three gold marks are possibly the decorators mark or a test sample for the gilding
