Standard ware cork-lidded pot by Byron Temple, a US potter who trained and worked at Leach St Ives and Muchelney Potteries and back in the US

A similar Black mood piece to those that John Leach produced. Made at Mulcheney pottery in the early 1970's with both Mulcheney and Byron Temple's mark on.
