Japanese style cobalt blue vase Empty Japanese style cobalt blue vase

Not sure if this is Japanese or Japanese influenced. Well thrown stoneware vase with flattened sides. Black/Cobalt wash over a cream slip, with a clear glaze on top. Incised floral decoration. Bizen-looking base. Unmarked.
