I was digging in my garden when I unearthed this little piece of blue and white china.

Could someone throw some light on it for me? It is glazed. Flower could be cherry blossom but not sure

Helps to see the base rim and the inside to see if it's porcelain or pearlware. Handpainted. It might be early 19thC Chinese if it's porcelain. Or English Blue & White if it's pearlware.
