I am going to posit that this is by Phil Rogers based on no more than a strong association that my brain and my hands are making with another pot that I used to have, which was very similar but about one sixth of the size. The other was marked with his stamp, this is not.

Sorry Steve, those threads are only for positively IDed pottery. Looks like standardware so there should be others like it if it's by Rogers. Batterham, Bayer and others don't mark their pots so best to check their work first.
