Matchstriker, unmarked

Any idea of the maker. I think it's Victorian. Unmarked.

So many companies made them, often unmarked, even the Langley and Denby ones.
Looks like Staffs. Wedgwood did some In that shape I think, with a greeny majolica
type glaze.
