Dating of Bowl Empty Dating of Bowl

Hello - I have another question if any lovely people know the answer to please - I would love to know a rough year of this bowl, when it was made... so much Wedgwood out there I am getting confused Shrugs
If anyone knows I would love to know! Thank you! :)

The word "england" was added after 1891, so a little later.

There may be a hard to see impressed date letter somewhere on the base.

I can just make out the number 4 near the rim but the remaining numbers may be visible in the flesh
