Interesting vessel at local auction house

Hi everyone I Came across this stoneware oddity last night - with a rather cool dragon but appears to be unmarked, any ideas

Looks moulded. A shame there's no base photo. Modern decorative tea caddy maybe?

There was also a nice Muchelney Pottery vase with the lot - just one of those days when it went a bit ot high for my modest budget
