Gorgeous Oceanic themed Bowl no markings Help please!

Brief Description: a Large i believe ceramic bowl with oceanic imagery and a very unusual knobby base, unsigned as far as I can tell. 17" dia 8.5" tall

Long Description: Bowl has a metallic silver rim as well as silver and gold metallic rings in center, very beautiful oceanic artwork of plant life and other marine denizens. Has a beautiful ring when tapped almost rings like glass, but the base feet where unglazed appear to be ceramic. The bottom has several glof ball sized knobs and the entirety of the base is covered in textural bumps which feel almost sea creature-esque. no markings can be found.

I searched and searched but without luck since there


is no visible markings, and the original owner could not recall where it was purchased, any help would be truly appreciated!

I have never seen anything like it but love the shape and texture
