Large shino vase or tsubo - Triangle mark? Empty Large shino vase or tsubo - Triangle mark?

Any ideas on this one? Large tsubo style vase with a shino? glaze.  Looks like an inscribed V in a triangle, but the only one in the Marks book is Vicky Buxton but I don't think it's one of hers. Japanese maybe?

A few more photos.

Edited to add, came across a piece by Rika Walter-Schill that had a similar texture. Nothing much about her online but just adding her name here to aid future searches. She's on BISPM.
Vicky Buxton had a similar mark early on, but I haven't found any pots like this by her.
