Porcelain Globular Vase

Post by r-and-f on January 15th 2017, 9:36 am

A lovely globular vase in a slightly translucent porcelain with blue (cobalt?) and brown (iron?) decoration under a very glossy transparent glaze.  A little over 4 inches tall.  The mark appears to be KS or might just possibly be RS, and I'm sure I've seen it before but can't find it in the book.  If it's KS, then Keith Smith has a similar but not identical mark, if it's RS then there's Ray Silverman or Rupert Spira.  But the vase doesn't look like work by any of them.   Help, please!

Looks like KS to me. Might be Keith Smith but doesn't look like the right font.
