Pottery lamp base with impressed N within seal

Post by RVsaid on January 4th 2017, 9:40 am

Hi

Looking at the form and the square finish on the top under fixture I was thinking maybe 1970's.
The only N mark I could find was for Nunney Pottery and Philip Wood (1989 - present). Not sure that it's a match though and the N is almost like a sideways Z.

A Tremaen look about it.

The same mark as my unusual piece from way back, un-id'd.

Looks like an NC monogram

Yes you are both right, the C is clearer on the3 neck piece. Not finding anything NC or CN related though. Ah well I'll pop it away :0)
