Continental vase? Empty Continental vase?

Does anyone recognize the maker of this 19.5cm tall unmarked vase, please? I'm assuming continental but that could, of course, mean anything between Italy and Sweden! Quite a thin glaze, grazed off in places to reveal white clay under.
