"Modern Art" is produced by incompetents, sold by charlatans and bought by ignoramuses?

It is enlightening to juxtapose "Fine Art" to "Modern Art"

Yes, it is, isn't it?

I've searched in all the usual places but I can't find the mark.

I sometimes wonder if potters want to keep their identity a secret.

His first name is Hubert but seems he preferred Peter. The mark represents his initials: HPA
