Hand painted dish made in Italy

Post by Ross4130 on September 1st 2016, 8:15 pm

Once again I have found a piece of pottery that I can't find any information on, any ideas of age or who designed it?

Italian retailers are well known for dictating what they want makers to produce and designing things themselves. Often you end up with items that only have country of origin and the retailers stock code. This one has a makers family name (I assume that is what it is) and town of origin. It's not a 100% but there is a very large chance it is the company linked above or a close relative that made the dish. Its age is going to be last 60 years, being that it is cookware the chances are it's newer than older.
