Pat Birks

Post by 22 Crawford St. on August 18th 2016, 9:02 pm

Pat was a mainstay at Briglin Pottery for many years. She is still potting in majolica

I have developed my own designs and direction using the original qualities of the majolica style. All my work is hand-thrown and hand-decorated, incorporating a love of drawing and design that I apply to the three-dimensional form.

She is not in the book 2nd edition (third?)

Looks nice pottery 22. Funny she never mentions Italy on her web page.

Yippee!  Thank you 22.  I've been trying to work out who made this jug for ages.  One less unidentified pot to agonise about.
