Carstens 'UFO' vase

Picked this up yesterday. It's about 9.5 inches tall, and has gold shimmer glaze top half, a very,very delicate lava type glaze around the centre and a black textured surface on the lower half.
The base is also covered in this textured glaze making it very hard to read the marks. Could someone help please, I'm not sure if it's German or Austrian. I'll try to get the best shot of the base.

HaHa had that in my hand yesterday!
I've just never been keen on that type of pottery.

I'm very pleased this isn't your taste dd, you have to leave something behind for me to buy!
To be honest I'm not normally a bit fan of fat lava type, but I like this.....missed out on the cut-out moose though
