Heavy handled bottle - applied mask - early Collin Kellam?

Post by lindylou08 on May 21st 2016, 4:39 pm

This is heavy, rough stoneware with an applied mask highlighted with glaze.    18cm high
Only mark I can find that is similar belongs to Jeremy Raven but I can't find any work of his that bears any resemblance

Any ideas gratefully received

Thanks

Not wanting to disappoint so.................................. Why do you think it comes from Merseyside? Cheeky

It doesn't look familiar in style and I can't recall seeing the mark before, sorry.

My first thought us an early Colin Kellam. He's had various KK marks with dots in the middle.

Did he ever make things like this?!! No comparison to work now. I see what you mean about the mark though
I saw it just as an O with a dot in the middle
