again if you have any ideas - I was leaning toward hobbyist as the etched initials are quite rough.
Any ideas/views really welcome.

If it's British then I agree, likely to be a hobby potter. But the foot and handle look quite decent. If it's well thrown then it might be from somewhere like Australia or the US
