Carlton ware did something similar but I find the colours are brighter on Pratt pieces.

I don't think that the quality is what you'd expect from Pratt. I would say one of the smaller Staffordshire factories and, as Oli says, first quarter of the 20th century.

"Made In England" so likely to be after 1914, I'd have said C1920 personally.

A full picture of the marks would help I think.

The gold circle mark is the important bit and will/would have had the makers name on it, the impressed mark is only "made in england" and the vase shape name.
