Very difficult to assign age without holding it. But I can't see signs of wear to suggest its been around a 100 plus years. Crude does not always mean old with these Spanish lustres and some of the best I have seen are nearly 400 years old. You also have it's uses to consider this looks like a pin dish or an ash tray nothing for grand display or for food. With that in mind I would say it was made sometime in the last 40 years.

I would say a 20th Century piece with a design harking back to the Moorish occupation of Spain
