Ceramic Cat - help with id please

can anyone tell me the maker of this cat please. the only mark on it i can see is inside of its legs.
other than that i cant see any other marks or imprints.

Doesn't seem to match anything, but there are various potteries making cats with glass eyes like Just Cats Co, Welsh studio, Gatco & Co, Japan and Elpa in Portugal.
