I was told it is Höganäs? Any idea if it is true? Claes Thell has been a suspect...?

The friend of mine who gave it to me as a gift just wrote me that it had a label around the neck with name Claes Thell... i wrote Mr Thell an email and will post his answer, even i am quite convinced it is Thell...
