ID Help please art deco figural table centre and bowl

any ideas please on origin or maker of this bowl and figure, Frosted glass, looks turquoise in some light green in others. 26 cms diameter bowl and 20 cms tall figure.

Looks like Art Deco Bagley to me, but could be wrong

Looking as if it could well be Schweig, Muller & Co. Germany. Under a UV light showing significant uranium content
