Green/White Leaf Dish - Incised IG - Help with ID please

Dear Community
If anyone could help with ID of this incised makers mark, I.G along with likely origins/style/age or any other relevant info of this approx. 6" leaf green/white patterned plate/dish it would be much appreciated. It has some crazing. Might be old?

looks like sponge work over a real leaf then veins added with a paint brush
