Stoneware Goblet Swirl finger swipe design A or AA Mark - Keith Ashley?

18cm tall.  At first I thought it was a Moffat Pottery swirl but the stamp has thrown me. I think it's AA.
Having trouble finding this and help would be greatly appreciated as always.

I dunno , swirl is a common design , it's deffo not moffat though .

Strange as I have an Adrian Abberly piece with very similar stoneware+colours+glaze. Don't discount him although the mark is different. I'll try to post photo. That swirl pattern was a mainstay at Briglin for x20 years or more.

Since your comment I've look at the thread for Adrian Abberly...is it the incense holder piece?

because I see exactly what you mean about the materials used being very similar, and if he did some work for Briglin for a short period, maybe the Briglin sticker, which they may have put on as well as his own mark at the time, has just been lost...just a thought.
