A small, dumpy vase, standing about 90mm high.

Unsure about the monogram but appears, to me, to be a combination of the letters H and J?

I've been looking through Yates-Owen & Fournier.

I'm still not confident enough to make a definitive judgement from many of their illustrations but I think this might be Joanna Howells.

Can anyone confirm or refute this suggestion, please?

I don't think it Howells. The J doesn't look right.
There's a Joyce Haynes, but, again, not quite right
