Trying to ID Butter Dish Lid California? pottery Round w/ hole in top..


I think it is a butter or cheese dish top, red glaze like Pacific, Bauer, Catalina... Fairly high fire..rings when tapped, doesn't thud. 5 1/2 wide and about 2 inchs high. Looks like a lampshade from here. The hole looks about right for a light fitting to go through?
