Although somewhere in the region of 99% of tourist-ware is tat (and 87.4% of statistics are made up on the spot, like this one) I'm posting this because it is quite a goid quality item.
It's a rather heavy soft paste white earthenware wall plate by Aderplat. The design is impressed into the plate then hand coloured (the painter's name is on the back, L.M.Martez) prior to glazing. The end result is not dissimilar to Delft - it even has a windmill!
