Small green glazed conical bowl Unknown maker
Dear all,
I've had this bowl for a while. I love the shape and glaze which harkens back to Song Dynasty pottery. It has the initials ANS and I would love to track down the potter. Any guesses please?
Kind regards,
Paddy

It's possible it's American or Continental, but the convention (albeit with exceptions) amongst professional potters in the UK is to use a stamp. If it is British then I suspect it's by a student or hobby potter.

The signature does have an artistic flourish so it might not be a hobby potter but it isn't a mark I am familiar with.
