Italian Pottery Vase Gold Triangle C & CP Mark Empty Italian Pottery Vase Gold Triangle C & CP Mark

Hi, Is anyone familiar with this makers mark? It is a Gold triangle with a "c" on one side, a "cp" or "cd" on the other and the numbers "638", Italy" underneath. The vase measures 12" tall by 8 1/2" in diameter. The finish is a high gloss glaze over faux marbling with gold gilded accents. The front of the vase features a painted floral motif with additional gliding. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
