Melbourne black cat?
The black cat is 11.5cm in height and again no marks. They came with a lot of mid century pieces. The name Midwinter and Colin Melbourne are a possibility. What do you all think ?

Re: Melbourne black cat?
Maybe Melbourne, but not Midwinter, or Hornsea.
Try Beswick, Trentham, Coopercraft and Melba.

Could also be Mexico or Portugal

I will look into it. Thanks. On my other thread I mentioned that all the items in this lot are 1950/60's. Would the date on this piece be the same. It's been a great lot to go through. Thanks all....again.

Re: Melbourne black cat?
I love the cat and the shape. Cmielow & Royal Dux made lots of cat figures in the 50/60's but cant find anything the same. On the front 'paw' is that some kind of stamp or just a manufacturing mark?
