Triangle mark - Vicky Buxton Empty Triangle mark - Vicky Buxton

This seems familiar and may have seen something similar on here but I have been unable to find anything yet. Lidded pot or small casserole with applied handles and finial. Impressed mark on the side is a triangle inside a circle, with possibly smaller triangles inside. Not the most attractive piece imo but well made.

A hand thrown stoneware lipped bottle with ball stopper, glazed with a Tenmoku glaze. An impressed monogram to bottom edge... Looks like a triangle in a lozenge shape? Any idea of maker? Height: 8 5/8". Thanks
