Pottery mark ISI Swiss ?

Post by zenzhey on September 15th 2015, 8:04 pm

Hello!
Once again I am stumped ! I can not find anything remotely like this mark anywhere....Any ideas? It does not look like the mark of an amateur potter...the subject could be Eastern European, maybe German?

Thank you!

Hi!

Although the imagery is reminiscent of Hugo Kohler Biel Pottery works. I don't think it's that. The signature on all four pieces is the same the IsI or IsT with a pine tree on top. The images are also more..round with no outline. Good suggestion though! Thank you!

There were several Swiss potteries supplying the tourist trade. Even if this isn't Kohler Biel itself,  it'll be one close by.
