A nice little jug with incised name to base along the lines of Cumeragh with an impressed second seal on side.

Comeragh is a range of mountains in Waterford, Eire so I suspect that this was the name of a pottery that was based there. Can't find a reference to it still being there.

There is also a Cumeragh Lane, Cumeragh Village, nr Goosnargh, Whittingham, Preston, Lancashire

Cumeragh is an old celtic word for the people of Cumbri (Cumbria), but is also a location in County Waterford in Ireland.
Style of pottery looks 1960s-70s. Seen one dated 1979.
Some are stamped with a YB mark

I have a jug from the cumeragh pottery. Was the first thing I ever bought on eBay in about 2002!!!
