Rosenthal Glass (Germany)

This Structural glass vessel executed by Rosenthal,Germany.
Geometrical form,bottom section and top section are cylindrical and middle is cube.

It has very thick walls and polished base.Marked on base with manufacturer acid stamp .
Rosenthal employed number of designers who worked with glass and ceramics.
I was hoping to recognize designer style/signature in some Rosenthal Ceramics I've seen,
for instance Winblad's ceramics,they've got have great deal of similarity with his glass designs.
So far no luck.
I emailed to Rosenthal,unfortunately they were unable to
provide any information on this design.
I hope someone will tell me who designer is.

It's a lovely vase however if Rosenthal themselves can't tell you who designed it's probably a very long shot that anyone else can. I'll convert your photos to image links rather than clickable links so the vase is visible on your posting and alter your thread heading to make it a little more informative in case someone who knows more might come along.

Tapio Wirkkala did submitted lots of designs (glass and Ceramics ) for Rosenthal AG 1956-79, also michael harris did commisions 1970-71, I am not saying they had anything to do with your piece but who knows , surprisingly not rosenthal.

They employed a whole heap of brilliant designers - a list as long as your arm! This vase isn't indicative of the work of either Tapio Wirkkala or Michael Harris however...

Hi - I have a pair of heavy glass vases marked Rosenthal.  The design reminds me very much of the Finnish designers.  Does anyone know who designed these?

There is a very light signature under the Rosenthal etched mark. Dark spots are water as there is a thaw this morning. Anyone know the shape or artist?

Linie means it was made for the German market.
I can't read the rest. It might say who the designer is.

Solid ball tops to hold the candles and a hollow textured base. About 18.5cm (7.25 inches) tall.

So I have two lovely rosenthal glasses. They are 4 1/2" high.
From what I could gather they are white wine glasses designed by Danish designer Bjorn Wiinblad.
However, I am totally confused if they are Rosenthal Motif (Romance I Stem) or Rosenthal Motif (Romance II Stem).
They look like Romance I, but all the glasses I could find online were signed a large "R" with a crown, whereas my glasses are signed "Rosenthal" with crossed swords.
My acid mark seems to have been used later by Rosenthal which would mean the glasses would be Romance II, but they don't look like any Romance II glasses I could find.

HELP!

When were these made and are they Romance I Stem or Romance II Stem. Any ideas on worth?

These are small bowls or coasters. Thanks in advance. I will post a picture of the hallmark in "reply". It shows what I think is a crown with two crossed lines underneath (sideways like an 'x') with lines writing on either side. Underneath this motif are two words. The first word shows fairly clearly in the photo. The entire hallmark is in an oval to one side of the base of the dish.

As a guess, seeing that he photograph isn't clear, perhaps Rosenthal.

Thank you so much RVsaid! Using your tip that was Rosenthal, I have been able to identify these pieces as Rosenthal Studio Linie Crystal ashtrays. The hallmark is backwards when the item is flipped over as it was meant to be read through the glass from the top, looking down. (Although this is almost impossible because of the thickness of the glass.) What I thought was a lower case "g" was a backwards "e". Thank you!
