N.E.C. (Birmigham)

Post by denbydump on April 8th 2015, 7:47 pm

Off to the NEC tomorrow, My friend has given me a free ticket, so what the hell, let's see how the other half (or maybe 1%) live!
At least 10 or 12 years since I last went. I'll report back later......

Decent first-day crowd queuing up at 11, and then busy inside, but oh how it has
shrunk from a few years ago. Stunning displays of particularly Art-pottery, didn't see
any Langley though. Not much studio there, a couple of Leach/Cardew bits was all.
Didn't pick anythig up, but nice to look round anyway.

I wouldn't mind going to the Glass fair, but this one is a bit too rich for my blood.
