Bronze ? crest on shield Empty Bronze ? crest on shield

This is a strange one !! Would appreciate any ideas !
Heavy ( 1.3kg) bronze or brass crest on shield shaped plaque. I have searched to see if the crest actually exists, without luck. Appears to be strange a mix of symbols so possibly imaginary.
Fleur de Lis/ Lion/ leaf and what appears to be a Viking type ship. 21 cm high.

Looks like a ship plaque. Possibly not the Uk? A photo of the back of the oak back may help.

I think it's a 60's USA ships plaque. Next taks is to work out which ship?

Could be a possibility. I've tried Googling all permutations of the symbols on the crest with no luck so far.
