Very old small bowl with Coat of Arms (Rouen)
Hello
I'm trying to ID this very small (3 1/2 x 1 1/2) bowl. It has the Rouen Coat of Arms painted in the bottom of the bowl. I thought the stamp underneath was written in pen when I first saw it but it has been fired onto the bottom. It appears to be very old and awfully difficult to date. Anyone have any ideas please? Thanks as always.

Probably Fourmaintreaux with that purple ink number, but Desvres anyway.
