Hi

Nice clear cased on lower and upper sections. A more purple shade than shows with a flat base. the base made me think of the spiked top Italian pieces circa 1950-1970's

The vase style, coupled with the polished base, makes me think more Franco-Belgian.

Val St. Lambert, Sèvres, etc...
