Holmegaard but NOT Carnaby Empty Holmegaard but NOT Carnaby

I always had this down as a piece of carnaby, but now I'm not sure, looking at Nic's ID thread here:

Any clues as to the maker? 4.5 inches high.

Holmegaard, definitely, but not Carnaby series. There were a few shapes produced in typical Carnaby colours that were not from the series proper.
