Italian Stylised Bird Vase
Probably destined to be another unknown Italian but I thought that the design was so distinctive it may get recognised.

Re: Italian Stylised Bird Vase
Gorgeous, but we've had italian ceramics with the same sort of white clay and ink stamp and they haven't been identified.

Re: Italian Stylised Bird Vase
Mancioli has been suggested. They have an ink printed mark with an M etc, but also numbers. It might be a shortened mark with just the numbers.

The decor reminds me of some Rye Pottery pieces I don't think there were too many italian pottery that stamped from this period 70's maybe , Leo Bonassera worked at rye , maybe an influence , I dunno , but that stamp mark looks strange to me

Re: Italian Stylised Bird Vase
I have a few pieces that are stamped in this way. It is common on factory pieces with smooth white surfaces. It's more common to find handwritten marks on rough &/or handmade items, like Bitossi.
